A Million Little Things

Thursday night's season 2 debut of A Million Little Things lifted right up the latest relevant point of interest: with Eddie (David Giuntoli) opening up to his better half Katherine (Grace Park) after she found out about his undertaking with Delilah (Stephanie Szostak), who is currently pregnant. While Delilah attempted to state the infant has a place with her late spouse Jon (Ron Livingston), who passed on by suicide in the season 1 opener, Eddie knew the reality.

"I need to get back home," Eddie starts saying to Katherine. "There's nothing I need more. Yet, I guaranteed you, no more lies. So there's something I have to let you know. It's not Jon's child. Furthermore, I didn't utter a word to you since she and I concurred it should be Jon's and I couldn't deceive you."

Amid the disclosure, they get the news that Delilah has started giving birth, and although she's disturbed, Katherine urges Eddie to "be there for that infant how you weren't there for Theo." Eddie later tells his companions that he was too smashed to even think about being in the conveyance room when child Theo (Tristan Byon) was conceived, yet this time he remained by Delilah as she brought forth their infant.

Prior, Katherine had guaranteed Theo an exceptional shock, which before accepting the previously mentioned truth bomb appeared as though it would've been a cheerful, family-filled night for the three. However, discovering that her significant other got another lady — one of their dear companions — pregnant turned the shock to preparing treats and 30 minutes of screen time. While Theo's psyched he gets the opportunity to eat the one treat and utilize his tablet on a weeknight, Katherine feels upset and escapes the house in the night after what Theo thought was a fun night.

Theo's sugar rush doesn't last, and he begins to understand something's up following two days of not seeing his mom. Eddie reveals to Theo that his legal advisor's mother is off battling "the most significant court instance of her life at the present time" — an illustration for her making sense of the following stages for their family — yet he accepts she's going to win (a.k.a. get back home to them).
